Every piece of information you share—from your name to your game history—is protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Encryption & Storage

Account credentials and payment details are encrypted using AES-256. Data centres are secured with multi-factor access controls. Backups are retained for 90 days after account closure.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to remember your login status, game preferences and language choice. Essential cookies cannot be disabled; optional analytics cookies can be turned off in account settings.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS operators), fraud-detection services, and legal authorities when required. We do not sell your information.

Data Retention

Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account. After you close it, records are anonymised within 30 days, except where local law requires longer retention.

Your Rights

You can access, download, correct or delete your personal data. Submit requests through Settings > Privacy & Data or contact support. Processing takes five to seven business days.

Policy Updates

We update this policy when our services change. Major changes are announced by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of your account means acceptance of the new policy.

Privacy policy questions from our players

Players ask us the same questions about data, accounts and withdrawal safety. We've answered the most common ones here. If your question is not listed, open a chat with our support team in your account settings or email us directly.

We collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, and payment method when you register. We also track game activity, login times, device type, and IP address. This helps us verify your identity, process withdrawals safely, and prevent fraud.

Payment details for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are encrypted immediately and never stored on our main servers. We use tokenisation: your payment method is replaced with a secure code. Only authorised staff can access payment records, and all transactions are logged.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data and select 'Download My Records'. We'll compile your account history, game records, and payment data into a file and email it within seven business days. No charge.
